Weekly Instrument Practice Expectations

All Practice logs are collected on Thursdays

**Practice logs are collected weekly and are directly reflected on every students' report card**

Grade One: 15-20 minutes five times a week

Grade Two: 20-25 minutes five times a week

Grade Three: 25-30 minutes five times a week

Grade Four: 30+ minutes five times a week

Grades 5-8 Band: 2 hours of practice time EVERY week

*Students who take private lessons with other instruments outside of band class can count 25% of their practice time towards their band practice log.
